The Cyber Squirrels Global Club members are aged 8-9 years. Squirrels love adventure and leap from one challenge to another - and this is what the Cyber Squirrels enjoy too. We engage with collaborative challenges and work with other students from around the world.
The Roaming Romans meet at St George's International School in Rome. This international group of students exemplify the global heart of JDO and enjoy collaborating with each other and with other clubs from around the world.
The JDO Sea Lions - Srilanka is an all girls club. Club members are aged 10-11 years. The club girls are very energetic, adventurous and eager to collaborate around the world. The club is set up to share Srilankan culture with peers across the globe and exchange activities with them.
The Tech Turtles Club is a unique JDO club that is setup to impart technology to the children from humble backgrounds. The club members are very enthusiastic and eager to do engaging JDO club activities. They are also learning communication skills to connect and collaborate with peers in other JDO clubs around the world.
The Young Pandas Club is one of the oldest clubs in the JDO family. The club was set up to engage children of age 8-10 years in meaningful collaboration across the globe. The young pandas are very enthusiastic and love doing activities that are part of JDO clubs. They have met many friends across the globe exchanging ideas about culture, climate change, food and many more.
The Gorilla Tech Pearls Club is one of the JDO clubs that came into existence during the pandemic times. Stranded with e-learning solutions to engage young learners during covid saw the birth of an exciting opportunity for learners in Uganda- Africa. The students who had not used technology in their lives were given an opportunity to use ipads and laptops. These pioneers have since become confident and are able to collaborate, communicate and connect with learners in Chicago USA, India and the United Kingdom. Today they are accomplished digital citizens.
Techpandas Club, India is a JDO club for children of all backgrounds. Club focuses to inculcate teamwork, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, and problem solving attitude in children through project based learning. Students being part of the club enjoy being digital citizens. They connect and exchange knowledge and ideas with peers across Globe.
The Bhutan Thunder Dragons Club is a JDO Club for students at Bajo Secondary School. The name was chosen to share an important cultural aspect of life in Bhutan with the world. The 24 students are keen to learn how to use technology to connect with other people around the globe, learn about their cultures and become powerful global citizens. We are excited to be a part of the JDO club network and are looking forward to all of the great collaborative projects.
The Golden Cyber Stars club is a new club that started in 2022 and the pioneers in this club are 8 year olds who are very excited to start their journey into the exciting ways that will eventually see them as digital citizens. JDO is instilling communication, collaboration and connection skills to these young learners and this is going to be the genesis in driving the most secure and safe ways of using technologies in the early years.

Crested Crane Tech Club is a girl child tech club located near the source of the Nile River in Jinja City. The Crested Crane bird is a unique bird in Uganda with all the colors in the Uganda flag and is one of the symbols in the flag. This bird stands on one leg and other faces forward meaning Uganda is moving forward. The group of learners are in the age range 13 to 14 years. The goal of this club is to empower the girl child and give them a voice in a region faced with girl child challenges. Technology gives a global voice to all and this opportunity will see them connect, collaborate and communicate with other learners. For the 1st time they had a video connection with one the JDO schools in Chicago that was covering sub-saharan Africa studies and they were able to share about similar topics in their curriculum.
1. Techpandas Club Ghaziabad created history by winning second position in Keep going Keep growing award in Khan Academy India Learnstorm 2020 event. Despite the challenges owing to the Covid-19 pandemic, Learstorm witnessed participation from 100+ schools and 1 lakh+ students for 85 days. Khan Academy Learnstorm team congratulated every team member of Techpandas club on their success towards gaining skills, fostering growth mindsets, and building teamwork. Children shared their views with the local newspaper about how the JDO program has helped to achieve this milestone.
2. Techpandas Club was featured in the month of September 2020 on the blog of Minecraft Education for showcasing collaborative work and designing Large BEE World. 16 students worked together to create the world.
3. Techpandas club participated in the Climate Action Project in which 100000 schools participated across globe and the club was appreciated by many educators for its unique solution of seed bombing to save the species and vegetations across globe.
4. Techpandas Club participated in the National Geographic Program and completed their journey finding a solution for plastic pollution in Oceans.
5. Techpandas were appreciated by Wakelet and Adobe team for the 200 word challenge contest. In which students expressed their views on various topics related to healthy food habits, plastic pollution, use of helmets, Monarchy etc
